WARNING:: SPOILERS for non-book members
Another nice detail I noticed was the mention of the lines on Claire’s hands.
When Frank and Claire first make it to their second honeymoon suite, they are jumping on the bed, and Frank takes Claire’s hand and says he used to doodle the pattern of the creases on her hand. The place he indicates is right on the base of her thumb….. where later Jamie carves his initial.
I thought it was a very nice touch to have Frank mention the lines on her hand so early on in the series. It is just one more little stab to Frank’s heart once Claire returns to him.
