In reading your Q&A this morning I was interested to read about the demand on costume rentals and the obstacles in your way. I know nothing about union rules and other issues that may prevent renting from other countries, but is it possible to look east and source in places like Prague that have a rich theatre and film industry? I worked throughout eastern Europe from 1990-2003 and still go to Romania every few years (going again in January to receive a medal!) where I have been to theatre and opera and see their costumes…just curious if that is an option for you. I am sure they’d welcome the business!
