Maureenanne – I gave my husband the rundown of the episode on Saturday morning (after having watched in on demand) and he said that we was going to pass on watching it – it sounded like “too much” to see. But when I watched it at 9 PM, he stayed in the room for part of the episode – but not all. Have we seen so many women raped on tv (think Game of Thrones) that it’s easier to handle than when a man is raped? Perhaps.

[I will add that my husband regularly asked — whenever Jamie was in danger this season — is he going to die? And, I would always answer “there wouldn’t be 8 books if he did!”]
