TerriP, are you referring to that one-second video of Sam playing in a swimming pool with a long-time female friend? If so, then I think you are making a tempest in a teapot about that whole incident. This was still early days for Sam being more of a public persona and he certainly learned a lot from that. I, too, think some of your reactions to these innocent actions by Sam may be saying more about you than him.

Oh, and what ever gave you the impression that Sam has ever thought social media is private? He’s been using SM since long before the OL phenomenon.

As for the Twitter ask Sam session. A woman got cheeky in her question and he returned in kind–I thought it was well-handled and yes, *of course* he was joking. Same with the way he very cleverly deflected another question asking him what he thinks about older women who should know better being cheeky with him. He made a joke referring to DG implying she was an older woman who’s cheeky (and she is).

I see all of these types of exchanges as something totally innocent on Sam’s part and always initiated by the fan, not him. I don’t know if you used to study pornography or sex crimes or what, but something is making you see everything through a very dark filter. IMO.
