I don’t think I would have felt differently about Jamie if he would have had an encounter with LJG. I just remember seeing Kiss of the Spider Woman many years ago (that’s going to date me) and I thought the love scene with Raul Julia and William Hurt was heartbreaking and beautiful. It resulted from the situation they were thrown into. Can’t remember exactly the book (was it Voyager?) but I kept wondering if DG was going to have a similar encounter with Jamie and LJG. Oh well, it never happened but I was always sort of wondering why this thread…where is it going.
