me too when I saw an accident. everyone is upset – if things weren’t horribly wrong, you wouldn’t be calling! we’re trained to listen thru the hysteria and figure out what’s wrong. I liked kids cause they didn’t argue – just answered the questions. ‘where are you, what’s wrong, anyone need an ambulance?’
