It’s in very good condition for having been used as a frisbee! From your photos it looks like Ottoman Turkish work. They used to make slippers and wallets/purses in this way, piercing the leather and then stitching the threads through the punched holes. Now you have to work out how it came in to your great grandparents’ lives!
