Nothing wrong with Downton Abbey–we all need a wee bit of distraction. What’s wrong with lovely people doing things we cannot? I have read only the first three books, so I am not an Outlander addict–quite frankly I think Mr Moore’s realialisation improves some of the book’s weaker points–not to criticise Dr Gabaldon’s work–she’s brillant, but I think he really has a splendid vision. In my next life, I will be Terry Dresbach if I am lively. I can look at frabric endlessly.
