I just noticed that there’s a US version too but the ingredients are different (the US version does include a modified bit about the thigh…). I used the UK version and had to convert all the amounts to cups and teaspoons. The second time I made it, I reduced the sweet ingredients a little as the first time around was a bit too sweet even for me, and I love my sweets. Enjoy ~
