Good morning all ~
Just wanted to share with you part of a recipe I recently tried out for Butterscotch Bread Pudding. I was visiting a friend to watch Episode 108 so she could listen to Ron’s podcast (I had to show her how to do it). She had some meat pies she had bought at our local Scottish Games for lunch and I wanted to bring something to go with them. I looked for a Scottish dessert recipe online and came upon one for bread pudding. It was from the UK. The last instruction was to bake it until it was nearly set and finished with, “It should wiggle as much as a ‘well endowed’ thigh.” Funniest bit of recipe I’ve ever seen!
It was yummy too. I had some for breakfast this morning with my tea.
