May I ask what your resources are? I’ve traced my paternal roots back to the late 1600’s in Scotland, but my progress has slowed the farther back I’ve gotten. I’m sure it is due to record-keeping and lack thereof of the period — or maybe I should be stretching my wings and using other sites. Would love to know where you have found your info. 🙂
