Yes, I thought the costumes in Belle were beautiful, perhaps a bit too beautiful.
When I watched Belle, I kept thinking, What a lovely costume! When I watch an Outlander episode for the first time, the costumes are so well integrated into the production, I never have that thought. I have to watch a subsequent time to really study the costumes.
