Looks like a small stag horn! I have a Scottish leather belt that has a staghorn peg closure. For those who like cold tea, I went to Teavana and got a 50/50 mix of their Blueberry Bliss and Strawberry Lemonade Rooibos Tea. It makes the yummiest ice tea!
