Oops I think my post got lost in translation…I’ll try again…

I really like all of the costumes so far but I am especially fond of the 1940’s Claire’s nightgowns/robes/negligees and the 1740’s Claire’s stockings with the ribbons and bows (as seen on the wedding night and in episode 8). Do just the ribbons hold them up? I can’t imagine elastic was around back then but who know 😉 Would love to see a post with photos of these things and a history of the undergarments!!! 🙂
